What you can expect:

Prenatal visits allow you to share your birth vision and discuss the options available to you.  We can help you create your birth plan, establish your wishes, and provide introduction for the first days of breastfeeding.  You will meet both of us, so you will have a warm, comfortable relationship with the doula who attends your birth.

24/7 Text, Phone, & Email Support

We're on call for you 24/7 from contract signing through birth.  Any question, anytime.

100% Labor and Birth Support

​

We stay with you from the moment you ask us to join you in labor through two hours postpartum.

Postpartum Visit (1)

​

We visit you at home 3-7 days after baby's birth to discuss your birth experience and provide any resources you may need.
